2. Who Calm Coach Is For

Calm Coach is intended for parents, caregivers, and educators seeking tools and guidance for supporting children’s behavior, routines, and emotional regulation.

The App is not intended for children to use independently.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and current information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Child Profiles

You may create child profiles using nicknames and age ranges only.

You agree not to enter:

A child’s real name
Contact information
School names
Any other personally identifiable information about a child

5. Use of the App

You agree to use Calm Coach only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality

6. Educational & Informational Use Only

Calm Coach provides educational and informational content only. Calm Coach does not provide:

Medical advice
Mental health diagnoses
Therapy or clinical treatment

Always seek a qualified professional for medical, psychological, or behavioral health concerns.

7. AI-Generated Content

Some content (such as tips or scripts) may be generated using AI. While designed to be helpful and supportive:

AI content is not a substitute for professional advice
You are responsible for how you apply the suggestions

8. Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)

If you purchase a subscription:

Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
Pricing and billing terms are shown at the time of purchase

Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform where you subscribed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, features, and materials in Calm Coach are owned by or licensed to Calm Coach and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use Calm Coach branding without permission

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Calm Coach is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the App will meet every individual need.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calm Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Calm Coach after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
